I am Franco Kirchheimer, a developer in Buenos Aires. I study AI engineering at Universidad de San Andrés and I build software that runs in production, not exercises.
When you hire me for a website, you talk to the person who designs it and writes the code. There is no account manager, no team to brief, and nothing gets handed to a junior. That is why it is fast, and why the price is what it is.
I work with businesses anywhere. Most of it happens over WhatsApp and email, in English, Spanish or Portuguese.

Questions people ask
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the size of the site and what it has to do — a one-page site for a barbershop and a multi-language site for a clinic are different jobs. Tell me what you need and I send you a fixed price. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Do I pay everything up front?
No. 50% to start, and the other 50% once you have seen the finished site working and approved it, before it goes live.
How long does it take?
Most business websites take one to three weeks from the deposit, depending on the size and how quickly I get your content — photos, texts, prices.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes, and it is common. I can rebuild it from scratch or redesign what is there, keeping whatever already works.
Can you connect WhatsApp, bookings or Instagram?
Yes. WhatsApp buttons, contact forms, booking systems, Google Maps and Instagram feeds are all standard. I also build booking systems from scratch — TurnoBot, one of my own products, is exactly that.
Do you work with businesses outside Argentina?
Yes. Everything is remote and I work in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Time zones have never been the hard part.
Will I own the website?
Yes. Once the project is paid, the site is yours and the domain is registered in your name. You are not renting it from me.
What about hosting and maintenance?
I set up hosting and get everything running. For most business sites the hosting cost is minimal. Ongoing maintenance is optional — some people want changes every month, others never touch it again.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two full rounds of revisions are included. Beyond that, or if you want to add something we did not agree on, I quote it separately so you always know what you are paying.
